The architect Paul Iribas made a major surgery on an old house in 
corner to divide it into two homes, and took advantage of a sector of 64 m2 on 
the top floor to assemble their own loften a same level, with the bathroom 
located on the ground floor, next to the entrance gate. 
 - The line 
of the rounded walls gives personality to the whole, and is accentuated with the 
series of load-bearing columns coated in Durlock that are separated a few 
agonizingministers of the wall to create a lighter effect. A baseboard of 
Durlok runs along the entire perimeter of the ceiling and contains artifacts of 
spotlight. The living room is armed with a wide sofa upholstered in trenchcoat 
that color wins with a bolivian Aguayo, a bench seat retapizada provencal in 
flax and two armchairs of style, dressed in mymo gender. The set closes with a 
set of low tables designed by the architect, with strapsdemolition and covers 
of marble of Canara. 
 The Teve appears mounted on a hinged panel that 
lets you turn toward the living room or to the dining room. At his feet, a dark 
wood furniture, where are located the audio equipment, it becomes a comfortable 
working desk. Against the windows of the fund, rub the dining room and 
kitchenette. The ar chitect Iribasdesign for this space a table game, banks of 
polished wood and two armchairs upholstered in straight line with melange 
Jacquard ($ 900 + gender, Fradusco). The tables are of the artist Cynthia Jakob. 
- Dormitorio has a sailor, dressed in a padded cushions and pique.
